Check out the wee art pieces at Rochester Contemporary Art Center ! Every year they hold a unique fundraiser that invites artists from all over the world to create 6" x 6" pieces of art for $20 each -- the funds assist the art center to continue supporting contemporary art in their area. I donated 6 collage pieces for this year's fundraiser (all of them are sold). It's fascinating to see the variety of artwork and seriously, $20? A steal. I bought the two above. What's intriguing is that the buyer doesn't know who the artist is until the names are revealed after the purchase. Fun! (Update: The artist is Angel Rodriguez. Can't find a website so can't link. Angel, love your work!)
